Mr. BDevessh
Partner
Mr. BDevessh holds a Commerce degree from the University of Madras and a Post-Graduate diploma in Sales & Marketing from NIS. After managing his family’s finance business for 11 years, he entered real estate in 2003, assisting builders and HNIs in acquiring prime properties across Chennai. In 2007, he joined a leading developer as General Manager, overseeing end-to-end project management across land sourcing, legal, approvals, and sales. In 12 years, he delivered 1 million sq. ft. of IT/commercial projects and 4 million sq. ft. of residential projects (2,000+ flats). In 2020, he founded Vibrant Offices & Homes LLP.
